About the role
The Back Office Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily backend processes in Purulia. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can manage various administrative tasks efficiently. Responsibilities include data entry, document management, and supporting the operations team to enhance productivity.
While prior experience in administrative or operational roles is advantageous, motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Purulia drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience in transport or cab industry is an advantage
