About the role
As a Back Office Executive in Raigarh, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily backend operations of our organization. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records, processing documents, and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. While prior experience in administrative or operational roles is advantageous, we welcome motivated freshers who are eager to learn and grow within the company.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Raigarh drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience in transport or cab industry is an advantage
