About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated female candidates for the role of Retail Executive - Counter Sales at our novelty shop in Raigarh. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
Candidates should possess a minimum educational qualification of 10th grade and be from Raigarh or nearby areas. This position offers an opportunity for immediate joining and provides a monthly salary of INR 12,000. Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Raigarh Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Raigarh,
- No Experience and education required for this vacancy - any girl with 10 fail and above can apply from
