About the role
As a Back Office Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment. Your responsibilities will include handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, and providing support to various departments as needed. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently are essential for this position.
We welcome candidates with prior experience in administrative or operational roles, although motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply. This is a full-time or part-time position based in Ranchi, Jharkhand, offering a competitive salary range of ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 per month.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Ranchi drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Good communication skills (written & spoken)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience in transport or cab industry is an advantage
