About the role
The Back Office Executive plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s backend processes. This position involves managing various administrative tasks, organizing documentation, and supporting the operational team in daily activities. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience in administrative or operational roles, although motivated freshers are encouraged to apply. The position is available as both full-time and part-time, providing flexibility to accommodate different schedules. This is an on-site role located in Samastipur, Bihar, with a competitive salary range of ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 per month.
What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Samastipur drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
