About the role
We are seeking an Associate for our Client Experience team in Begusarai, focused on enhancing client interactions within the logistics industry. As an Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the overall client experience. This position is ideal for recent graduates from any field who are eager to start their careers in a dynamic environment.
Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with inquiries, providing timely solutions, and collaborating with team members to improve service delivery. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in client relationship management while contributing to the growth of our logistics operations.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Begusarai clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Begusarai if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Begusarai Bihar.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Begusarai will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
