About the role
As a Back Office Executive in Shimla, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient backend operations. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and supporting daily business functions. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this position.
We welcome applications from experienced professionals in administrative or operations roles, but motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply. This full-time or part-time position offers a salary range of ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month, depending on experience.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Shimla drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience in transport or cab industry is an advantage
