About the role
The Back Office Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily backend processes. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining organization and accuracy. You will be responsible for handling various operational duties, including data entry, document management, and supporting other departments as needed.
Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude. Previous experience in administrative or operational roles is advantageous, but motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply. This position offers a full-time or part-time opportunity, allowing for flexibility in work hours while contributing to our team's success.
What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Varkala drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
