About the role
The Back Office Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily backend activities. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while managing various administrative tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining records, processing documentation, and assisting with the overall efficiency of the office. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity based in Warangal, Telangana, with a monthly salary ranging from ₹14,000 to ₹17,000.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Warangal drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience in transport or cab industry is an advantage
