About the role
As an Associate in Client Experience, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty within the logistics sector. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their journey with us.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a proactive attitude to engage with clients effectively. Being a fresh graduate, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic team, contributing to the success of our client relationships.
This role offers a competitive salary range of INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month, along with the chance to develop your skills in a leading logistics company. Freshers are encouraged to apply, as we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Adoor clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Adoor if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Adoor Kerala.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Adoor will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
