About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate to enhance our Client Experience team in Aligarh. This role is perfect for recent graduates looking to start their career in the logistics industry. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our clients, addressing their inquiries, and providing support to improve overall satisfaction.

This position offers a competitive salary of INR 15,000 – 25,000 per month, along with the opportunity to grow within the company. Freshers are encouraged to apply and embark on a rewarding career path in the courier and logistics sector.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Aligarh clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Aligarh if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Aligarh Uttar Pradesh.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Aligarh will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
