About the role
We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals for the role of Retail Executive - Counter Sales at our novelty shop in Aligarh. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade and reside in Aligarh or nearby areas. This position offers an opportunity to engage with a variety of customers and develop valuable sales skills.
The work schedule is from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. A competitive salary of INR 12,000 per month is offered, making this a great opportunity for those looking to start their career in retail.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Aligarh Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
