About the role
Join our team as an Associate in Client Experience, where you will play a vital role in enhancing our clients' interactions with our services. As a key member of the Client Relationship department, you will assist in addressing client inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering strong relationships.
We are looking for recent graduates from any stream who are eager to embark on a career in the logistics industry. You should be motivated, adaptable, and ready to contribute to a dynamic environment. This position offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 15,000 to 25,000, depending on your skills and experience.

What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Bhavnagar clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Bhavnagar if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Bhavnagar Gujarat.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Bhavnagar will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
