About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Associate to enhance our Client Experience in Bhopal. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to start their careers in the logistics industry. As an Associate, you will engage with clients to ensure their needs are met and assist in fostering strong relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude, ready to thrive in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for supporting client inquiries and contributing to a positive experience for our clients.
This position offers a competitive salary in the range of INR 15,000 – 25,000 per month. Freshers are encouraged to apply, and we welcome individuals from all educational backgrounds to join our team.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Bhopal clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Bhopal if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Bhopal Madhya Pradesh.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Bhopal will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
