About the role
We are seeking a motivated Associate to enhance the client experience in Buxar. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates from any field who are eager to start their career in the logistics industry. As an Associate, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with inquiries, providing support throughout their experience, and contributing to overall client satisfaction. What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Buxar clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Buxar if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Buxar Bihar.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Buxar will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
