About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Retail Executive - Counter Sales at our novelty shop in Buxar. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service will be essential in this role.
Candidates should have completed their 10th grade or higher and reside in Buxar or nearby areas. This position offers a competitive salary of INR 12,000 per month, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Buxar Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products

- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates

- Should know local language,
