About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Associate for our Client Experience team in Diamond Harbour. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in the logistics industry. As an Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing client interactions and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a background in any field of study and a strong willingness to learn. You will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining effective communication with clients. This position offers a great opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic work environment.
The salary for this position ranges from INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. We welcome freshers to apply and join our growing team in Diamond Harbour.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Diamond Harbour clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Diamond Harbour if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Diamond Harbour West Bengal.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Diamond Harbour will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
