About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Associate for Client Experience in Gaya, ideal for recent graduates looking to start their career in the logistics industry. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing client interactions and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
As part of the Client Relationship department, you will assist in addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to develop essential skills in customer service and relationship management.

What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Gaya clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Gaya if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Gaya Bihar.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Gaya will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
