About the role
Join our team as an Associate in Client Experience, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the satisfaction of our clients in Guruvayoor. As a key member of the Client Relationship department, you'll be responsible for addressing client inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their interaction with our services.
The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate, eager to learn and grow in the logistics industry. You will collaborate with various teams to resolve issues and improve client communication. Freshers are encouraged to apply, as we value enthusiasm and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Guruvayoor clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Guruvayoor if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Guruvayoor Kerala.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Guruvayoor will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
