About the role
We are looking for an Associate to join our Client Experience team in Jhansi. This role is ideal for recent graduates eager to start their careers in the logistics industry. As an Associate, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the overall experience of our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Your responsibilities will include interacting with clients, addressing their inquiries, and providing support to foster strong relationships. You should be enthusiastic, customer-focused, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Jhansi clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Jhansi if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Jhansi Uttar Pradesh.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Jhansi will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
