About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic retail executives to join our team at a novelty shop in Jhansi. The primary responsibilities include managing the retail counter, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a smooth operation of daily sales activities. Candidates should be able to provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly shopping environment.
The ideal candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade and possess a positive attitude towards learning and teamwork. This position offers a salary of INR 12,000 per month, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. We welcome applicants from Jhansi and nearby areas to apply for immediate joining.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Jhansi Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates

- Should know local language,
