About the role
We are seeking an Associate to enhance the client experience in Karamana. The ideal candidate will be a graduate from any stream and have a strong desire to excel in the logistics industry. This role involves engaging with clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a smooth service experience.
As an Associate, you will be responsible for building positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing timely solutions. This position offers an excellent opportunity for freshers to kickstart their careers in a dynamic environment.
The salary for this role ranges from INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills. If you are motivated and eager to learn, we encourage you to apply.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Karamana clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Karamana if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Karamana Kerala.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Karamana will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
