About the role
Join the team as an Associate in Client Experience, where you will play a vital role in enhancing our clients' journey in Kolhapur. As a key member of the Client Relationship department, you will engage with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our logistics services.
This position is ideal for fresh graduates from any stream who are eager to begin their careers in the logistics industry. You will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, providing support, and assisting in resolving any inquiries effectively.

What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Kolhapur clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Kolhapur if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Kolhapur Maharashtra.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Kolhapur will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
