About the role
As an Associate in Client Experience, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the satisfaction and engagement of our clients in Kolkata. Your responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries, providing support, and ensuring that all interactions align with our commitment to exceptional service.
We are looking for enthusiastic graduates from any stream who are eager to start their careers in the logistics industry. You will work closely with team members to understand client needs and contribute to solutions that improve their experiences.
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month, with opportunities for growth and development within the company. Freshers are encouraged to apply, and we value a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Kolkata clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Kolkata if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Kolkata West Bengal.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Kolkata will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
