About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive in a vibrant novelty shop located in Kolkata. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Your tasks will include assisting customers with their inquiries, handling transactions, and maintaining the cleanliness of the shop.
We welcome candidates who have completed at least the 10th grade and are enthusiastic about working in a retail environment. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000, with work hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Kolkata Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Kolkata,
