About the role
We are seeking a motivated Associate to enhance the client experience in Kollam. This role is ideal for fresh graduates from any field looking to start their career in the logistics industry. As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships.
Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with inquiries, providing support throughout the logistics process, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the client experience team. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all client needs are met promptly and effectively.
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development within a leading logistics company. Freshers are encouraged to apply and kick-start their careers in this dynamic industry.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Kollam clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Kollam if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Kollam Kerala.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Kollam will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
