About the role
Join our team as an Associate in Client Experience in the beautiful region of Ladakh. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the experience of our clients within the logistics sector. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with inquiries, ensuring timely communication, and supporting the overall client relationship management process.

What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Ladakh clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Ladakh if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Ladakh Jammu and Kashmir.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Ladakh will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
