About the role

Join our retail novelty shop in Ladakh as a Counter Sales Executive, where you'll play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and managing the retail counter efficiently. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who have completed at least the 10th grade and are eager to engage with customers while ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

In this position, you will be responsible for assisting customers, handling transactions, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales area. Your ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team will contribute to a positive atmosphere in our shop.

This role offers a competitive salary of INR 12,000 per month, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. If you're passionate about retail and customer service, we encourage you to apply and become a part of our team!

What you'll do

  • Greeting and interacting with customers
  • Manage walk-in customers at Ladakh Retail Shop,
  • Understand their needs and show products,
  • Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
  • Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
  • Payment collection from customers

What you'll need

  • It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
