About the role
As an Associate in Client Experience, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience of our clients in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate, enthusiastic about contributing to the logistics industry. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
This position requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that our services meet client expectations. What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Ludhiana clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Ludhiana if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Ludhiana Punjab.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Ludhiana will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
