About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Retail Executive - Counter Sales at our novelty shop in Ludhiana. The primary responsibility is to manage the retail counter effectively, ensuring a smooth customer experience. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers and have a knack for sales.
Applicants should have completed their 10th grade or higher and reside in Ludhiana or nearby areas. We offer a monthly salary of INR 12,000, with work hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. Join our team and be a part of a vibrant retail environment!
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Ludhiana Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
