About the role

As an Associate, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, helping to streamline communication, and supporting various tasks within the Client Relationship department. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Nadiad clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Nadiad if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Nadiad Gujarat.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Nadiad will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
