About the role
We are seeking dedicated retail executives to manage our counter sales at a novelty shop in Nadiad. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 10th-grade education and possess strong communication skills to assist customers effectively. The role requires a friendly demeanor and the ability to handle transactions smoothly.
As a retail executive, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive shopping experience, managing inventory, and maintaining the cleanliness of the counter area. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. Join our team and contribute to a vibrant retail environment.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Nadiad Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
