About the role
As an Associate in Client Experience, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall satisfaction of our clients in Nangal. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that clients receive timely information about our services. This position is ideal for recent graduates eager to start their careers in the logistics industry.

You will work closely with the Client Relationship team to foster positive relationships with our clients, making their experience seamless and enjoyable.

What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Nangal clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Nangal if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Nangal Punjab.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Nangal will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
