About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive at our novelty shop in Nangal. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, providing excellent customer service, and assisting customers with their purchases. Your ability to engage with customers and maintain a welcoming atmosphere will be key to our shop's success.
We are seeking candidates who have completed at least their 10th grade and are enthusiastic about working in a retail environment. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000 and requires working from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Nangal Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Nangal,
