About the role
We are seeking a motivated Associate for our Client Experience team in Nizamabad. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to start their career in the logistics industry. The Associate will play a key role in enhancing client relationships and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn. You will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, providing support, and contributing to the overall satisfaction of our clientele. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month. Freshers are encouraged to apply, making this a great opportunity for recent graduates to kick-start their professional journey.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Nizamabad clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Nizamabad if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Nizamabad Telangana.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Nizamabad will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
