About the role
We are seeking motivated individuals for the position of Retail Executive - Counter Sales at our novelty shop in Karur. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth sales process. This role requires excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to enhance customer experience.
Applicants should have completed at least 10th grade and be residents of Karur or nearby areas. We offer a competitive salary of INR 12,000 per month, with work hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Karur Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
