About the role
Join a dynamic team as an Associate focused on enhancing client experiences in the logistics sector in Panipat. As part of the client relationship department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication and support for our clients, helping them navigate our services smoothly.
The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate from any discipline, eager to start a career in the logistics industry. You will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service, contributing to overall client satisfaction.

What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Panipat clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Panipat if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Panipat Haryana.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Panipat will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
