About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the position of Retail Executive - Counter Sales in our novelty shop located in Panipat. This role involves managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Candidates should be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
We welcome applications from candidates who have completed at least 10th grade. The position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. Join our team and contribute to a vibrant retail environment!
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Panipat Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
