About the role
We are seeking an Associate to enhance the client experience in Pathanamthitta. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in the logistics industry. As an Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and managing relationships, contributing to a positive experience for our customers.
The ideal candidate should have a degree from any stream and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude are essential for success in this role. This position offers a monthly salary range of INR 15,000 to 25,000, with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Pathanamthitta clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Pathanamthitta if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Pathanamthitta Kerala.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Pathanamthitta will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
