About the role
We are seeking an Associate to enhance the client experience in Raiganj. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates looking to start their career in the logistics industry. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, customer-focused, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
As an Associate, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their inquiries, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional service. You will work closely with the Client Relationship team to help maintain strong client relationships and contribute to overall client satisfaction.
This role offers a competitive salary in the range of INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month, with opportunities for growth and development in the logistics sector. Freshers are encouraged to apply and embark on a rewarding career journey.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Raiganj clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Raiganj if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Raiganj West Bengal.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Raiganj will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
