About the role
We are seeking motivated individuals for the role of Retail Executive - Counter Sales at our novelty shop in Raiganj. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized retail space. You will also assist customers with product inquiries and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
We invite applications from candidates who have completed at least the 10th grade and are eager to start their careers in retail. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. Join our team and be part of a dynamic retail environment.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Raiganj Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Raiganj,
- No Experience and education required for this vacancy - any girl with 10 fail and above can apply from
