About the role
We are seeking an Associate to enhance the client experience in Sambalpur. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are enthusiastic about starting their careers in the logistics industry. As an Associate, you will support the Client Relationship department by ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and assistance.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and be willing to learn and grow within a dynamic environment. What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Sambalpur clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Sambalpur if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Sambalpur Odisha.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Sambalpur will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
