About the role
As an Associate in Client Experience, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience of our clients in Sikar. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with their inquiries, providing information about our logistics services, and ensuring timely resolution of issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
We are looking for a graduate from any stream who is eager to start their career in the logistics industry. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role. You will work closely with team members to foster positive client relationships and support our operational goals.
This position offers a competitive salary range of INR 15,000 – 25,000 per month, making it an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to gain valuable experience in a leading logistics company.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Sikar clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Sikar if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Sikar Rajasthan.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Sikar will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
