About the role
We are seeking dedicated retail executives for our novelty shop in Sikar. As a counter sales representative, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring a smooth operation at the retail counter. Your role will involve assisting customers, handling transactions, and maintaining the overall appearance of the shop.
Ideal candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade and possess good communication skills. Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Sikar Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
