About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Associate to enhance the client experience in Thiruvalla. The ideal candidate will be a graduate from any discipline, eager to work in the dynamic logistics industry. In this role, you will engage with clients, address their needs, and contribute to their overall satisfaction with our services.
As an Associate, you will play a crucial part in our client relationship department, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and guidance. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment and learn about the logistics sector while building valuable relationships with clients.
This position is open to fresh graduates, providing a great opportunity for newcomers to start their careers in a leading logistics company. We offer a competitive salary range of INR 15,000 – 25,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Thiruvalla clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Thiruvalla if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Thiruvalla Kerala.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Thiruvalla will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
