About the role
Join our retail novelty shop in Thiruvalla as a Counter Sales Executive, where you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and managing sales transactions. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, handling payments, and maintaining an organized sales counter.
We are looking for candidates who have completed their 10th grade or higher and are eager to learn in a dynamic retail environment. Ideal candidates should possess good communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage effectively with customers.

What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Thiruvalla Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers

- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
