About the role
We are seeking an Associate to enhance the client experience in Thrissur within the logistics sector. As an Associate, you will be responsible for assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating smooth communication between clients and the company. This position is perfect for fresh graduates looking to start their career in a dynamic environment.

What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Thrissur clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Thrissur if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Thrissur Kerala.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Thrissur will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
