About the role
We are seeking an Associate in Client Experience to enhance the service provided to our clients in Tinsukia. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to start their careers in the logistics industry. As an Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction and addressing inquiries effectively.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. You will be responsible for supporting our team in managing client relationships and providing assistance to improve their overall experience. What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Tinsukia clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Tinsukia if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Tinsukia Assam.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Tinsukia will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
