About the role
Join a dynamic team as an Associate in Client Experience, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing client interactions and satisfaction. As a key member of the Client Relationship department within the logistics industry, you will assist in managing client inquiries and ensuring timely communication.
The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate from any stream, eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include supporting client needs, addressing concerns, and collaborating with team members to improve service quality.
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month, providing an excellent opportunity for freshers to kickstart their careers in the logistics sector.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Vijayawada clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Vijayawada if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Vijayawada Andhra Pradesh.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Vijayawada will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
