About the role
We are seeking an Associate to enhance the client experience in Wardha within the logistics sector. The ideal candidate should have a graduation degree in any field and a strong desire to work in a dynamic environment. This role involves engaging with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with clients. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, providing support, and collaborating with team members to improve service delivery. What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Wardha clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Wardha if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Wardha Maharashtra.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Wardha will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
